STORY
Papa Hemingway Show is a live tribute to the legendary author and novelist, Ernest Hemingway, brought to life through a captivating 60-minute one-man performance by D. David Morin, Hollywood actor, writer, and director. Morin imbues the spirit of Papa Hemingway and talks in the first person of Hem’s incredibly rich and rocky life journey.
He shares the ups and downs of a memorable existence and battling the ‘black dog’ that pursued him daily.
David has acted opposite such stars as Jennifer Aniston, Dustin Hoffman, Bill Paxton and Jacob Elordi over his own fifty-year adventure as a Hollywood actor. He reads bits of prose straight from Hemingway’s best works throughout the performance and brings to life the text like an audio book.
The one-man show captures the essence of “Papa” and gives the audience a true encounter with the legend.
